Forbes magazine recognized Addison Rae in August of 2020 as the most popular TikToker on the planet. It is also among the most followed people on TikTok. Alongside being extremely popular for her work on TikTok Addison Rae is also very famous in other social media platforms such as Instagram YouTube and Twitter. The first song she released as a performer in 2021. This single reached number 4 in the New Zealand Hot Singles and the video was ranked sixth on YouTube the day it released. Addison Rae received nods for prestigious ceremonies like The People's Choice Awards MTV Movie & TV Awards and in the Kids' Choice Awards.
