Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actress from America. After her debut on film in 1983's Bad Boys she became known as a member of the Brat Pack of actors. She also appeared on the screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead in her character in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Sheedy is an American actress, and author. She began her career in film beginning in the early 1980s, with the crime-drama film Bad Boys, for which she earned a lot of reviews. In the film directed by Rick Rosenthal, other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown as well as Alan Ruck also appeared. The film's first big success was the catalyst for her to be a part of The Breakfast Club, a comedy-drama in 1985. The film directed by John Hughes is considered one of the greatest film productions for high school ever made. The film was made for just $1,000,000, but the film made in excess of $50 million. Also, she began to appear on various television shows, including CBS Schoolbreak. This was her debut on television. It was a show for teenagers which began in April of 1980. The other shows she appeared in are Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. The most recent of her appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story featuring a female superhero in which she has a cameo. Sheedy's amazing performances have won numerous accolades, such as the MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
