Dwayne, who planted Wellspring Church Charlotte NC in 2007 is currently the pastor. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he serves as Director for Pastoral Care for the network. Dwayne is, besides being pastor, is committed to educating the future generation. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is the author of several online pieces and is also a contributing writer to Christ-centered biblical counseling Change lives through God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman & Viars). Dwayne along with his wife Leslie have three children.
